If a certificate is provided, then it will be explicitly mentioned in the product description. Please feel free to take the product to a testing lab to verifiy its authenticity. There is an added cost to testing and providing a certificate for each unit - so we can only afford to do this on certain products, not all.

No, we don't sell energized beads and its recommended to follow a simple procedure at home or a Shiva temple to energize your Rudraksha before wearing it. Please don't trust any vendor that tells you they sell energized beads. Its anyways important for you to do this process yourself.

Its not recommended to share your Rudraksha because it is believed the Rudraksha adapts to the wearer.

Keep your jewellery away from water, dishwashing soap, lotion, perfumes, silver cleaner or any other harsh chemicals. Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Store your jewellery separately in zip lock bag which is free from moisture.
