We offer free delivery on all orders. We pay from our pocket for getting the product delivered to you. In fact, we lose a lot of money if your delivery doesn't happen and the product is returned to us.

For Prepaid orders: There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 day and we will try to get it delivered to you within 3-4 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders: Please expect 1-2 days for order verification, and another day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. In total, you should have your product within 4-6 working days.

We have an easy 1 day return policy. Simply create a return request and we'll ship you a replacement.

If a certificate is provided, then it will be explicitly mentioned in the product description. Please feel free to take the product to a testing lab to verifiy its authenticity. Its not recommended to share your Rudraksha because it is believed the Rudraksha adapts to the wearer.

Keep your jewellery away from water, dishwashing soap, lotion, perfumes, silver cleaner or any other harsh chemicals. Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Store your jewellery separately in zip lock bag which is free from moisture.
